"Turns over" and "cranks" are the same thing. If the starter does not crank the engine, we have to diagnose the starter circuit. If the engine cranks normally but you have no spark and no injector pulses, the fuel pump will not be running either. That combination of symptoms is most commonly the result of the automatic shutdown (ASD) relay not turning on during cranking, and that is usually caused by a failed sensor. You have to list the engine size so I know which ignition system you have and I can look at the correct wiring diagram.
Also, listen for the hum of the fuel pump for one second when you turn on the ignition switch. If you hear that, the fuel pump circuit and the ASD relay are working properly. Have you read the diagnostic fault codes? If you do not know how to do that yourself, I can describe the procedure and send you a link to the code definitions.
