While driving it loses power and shuts off

When driving it loses power, it can still be driven. The dash shuts off, after a couple seconds later it completely shuts off. Changed battery, alternator but nothing.

Is the alternator charging the battery? Once you get the engine running again let's test the alternator output using a voltmeter. This guide can show you how. I noticed that this car has an IPM which goes out all the time and can cause this issue. It is easy to replace because it self initializes
