After replacing the battery there is message say the vehicle has been hit in the front and it has not been hit?

My car is reading that it has been hit in the front, but it hasn't. I just got a new battery, and got everything tested that seems to be fine.

Changing the battery sometimes causes weird things to happen. Try erasing the code and see if it comes back on.

Yep, the systems can have a glitch because of the voltage surge, I would disconnect the battery over night to see if that fixes it. If not, we need to do a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
