I think there is a problem with the electrical system. the car was running in the driveway and just shut off with the gauges stuck in place. It does not respond to a jump start or a different battery just has nothing. Could it be the ECU or some fuse that I overlooked?

It your getting no dash warning lights when turning the key on like normal I would be checking all the underhood fuses especially the large maxi fuses
