car would not start, just clicking when turning ignition, battery is I month old, checked voltage is ok, suspect starter motor, removed starter motor, had it checked and it was faulty, installed new starter motor, car still won't start just clicking when turning ignition also the key fob won't lock or unlock doors

Check the voltage at the starter motor main terminal, you should have battery voltage and battery voltage at the solenoid terminal with the key on crank, also check main terminal voltage at starter with key on crank, report back the readings for more assistance.
