While driving dash trouble lights illuminated with minor losses of power. Associated with buzzing noise under dash. Relay checked and okay. Next day (temperature on both these days below freezing) same thing happened pulled the relay, problems were corrected.

What relay did you remove? Also, if the check engine light was flashing, you should have the computer scanned to determine what diagnostic trouble code is stored.

Let me know what the relay was for (if you are not sure, let me know where it came from and what circuit it was plugged into in the box). Also, have the computer scanned and let me know what codes are found. Most parts stores will do it for free.
