While driving my car all lights and windows and dashboard shut off?

All lights and windows and dashboard shut off while driving.

Under the left side of the dash there is a load reduction relay I would swap out because I have seen this relay go bad and cause the problem. Here is the location of the relay. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
