Turn signals are weak in strength of light output

Suspect a ground problem. The rear sequential signal grounds have been cleaned. Am proceeding on researching where other grounds are to clean them as well. Can you offer any insight to problem?

Hi,

It's been a long time. LOL As far as the lights, you indicated the ground is good. Have you confirmed there is 12v going to them?

As far as schematics, because of the year, they are few and far. Let me know if you confirmed 12v to them and we'll go from there. Also, I need to know if you checked the signal flasher.
