My ignition lock cylinder would not turn so I had to take it out and I was using a screwdriver to turn the actuator and that also broke so I solder a wire together and ran it to a simple on and off switch and then a toggle switch for the starter wire. So I can turn the key to on and then press the toggle switch to engage the starter til it starts then let up on the button. In an effort to clean wires up I zip ties them and was moving them when the ignition wire touched a piece of metal a couple times. Didn't really spark up much but now after doing that simply moving it doesn't work anymore. I'm not getting power to the ignition anymore. Checked every fuse and they are good. What is the cause of this?
