Electric power on when key is turned off

With key off and taken out for example 1 hr. i can get back in the car without putting a key in and all windows operate. radio works, p for park light stays on all the time, ceiling lights wont do anything, but will work manually

ceiling lights will always work manually like that. have a pro check other things for a short or bad relay possibly
