When trying to start vehicle after replacing fuel pump all the lights started blinking and flashing and the horn is blinking on

The truck has been sitting for months because of a bad fuel pump. so I replace the fuel pump and when I turn the key on to start it all the lights are blinking and flashing and the horn is blinking on.

I would start by charging or changing the battery. This whole issue sounds like low voltage.
