make sure switch on headlamp is off and not leaving it on. then have it scanned for codes as it may be a body module problem. a mechanic will have to do that.

If I Move the key around the lights go off then radio comes on.

well it may be a bad ignition switch as well back feeding the body module causing these problems it needs to be physically checked out.
