Start car runs and idles fine moment I turn lights or heater on lights dim heater slows down and idiot lights come on . Have replaced alternator and battery please help

WITH THE VEHICLE OFF (KEY OUT) LET'S TEST THE BATTERY AT THE POS AND NEG POSTS WITH A CHEAP DIGITAL VOLTMETER (AT "HARBOR FREIGHT" $5)

NOW LET'S FIRE IT UP AND PERFORM THE SAME TEST AT THE BATTERY
