Hello, I use a test bulb to check current from the ECU to the EGR valve. But the bulb the not light up. No current from the ECU. Is there any where I can tap current from apart from the evap solenoid? Or what is the solution because am scared tampering with my car's ECU can be risky?

if you have a code then check connections and check for partial blockage where it does not close all the way.
