Check engine light turned and code P0401

My check engine light came on, this is the code that I found with my OBD scanner: P0401 Exhaust Gas Re-circulation flow insufficient. so what could the problem be?

I attached the testing for this code. Most likely this is a vacuum line issue that is not allowing the EGR valve to operate. It could also be the valve itself but this testing runs through all of this.

Run through this testing and let me know if you have questions with it or what you find and we can go from there. Thanks
