EGR valve or multi-air?

I was wondering if the 2.4l multi-air engine has an EGR valve on my car.

The multi air engine does not have an EGR valve as it uses variable valve timing and some other strategy to eliminate the need for it.

Also, see below where the manual says that the EGR may not be equipped.
