EGR valve sticks open only when it warms up. I replaced EGR four times and i replaced the PCM and EGR connector. I am at a loss.

Good evening,
The reason the valve gets stuck open is from carbon that is in the system and it holds the pindle up and it creates a vacuum leak.
The engine has to be de carboned to stop this from happening. There is no issue with the valve or any other component. It is carbon.
