EGR pipe assembly discontinued. Part original part broke in half what do I do?
Part number is discontinued 14102605.
Bought wrong part 10051561 off eBay that did not fit my vehicle and pipe could not pull out further.
Do not know if anyone can fabricate me a new pipe because my old one is cracked and is apart.

Found this too!

Whoa! Those are like one and a half times of what I paid for my Army Jeep!

I do not do the pricing, unless you can replicate something to take its place, you may still be able to find one in the salvage yard.

I spent about an hour surfing for another/ better deal. No luck elsewhere.

That would not fit because it has a different adapter end that connects to the EGR control valve. Here is a picture.

Good morning.

Try this place. Call them to confirm. Looks like the correct part you need.

Called them yesterday. None of the dealerships all over the USA have the part or know anyone that has the part. It is a really hard to find part since a lot were sold.

Okay, sorry.

Did you ask them if anyone has NOS or new old stock? A lot of dealers have that but will not list the part as stocked.

Yep. Tried that too. And now people are telling me it will cost an arm and leg to have one made. I guess if I cannot find one my last route is finding one at the salvage yard.

Okay.

Here is a suggestion: Try to find a line with the bendable center like your. It may have a different end but you can use the bendable portion. Then get a line with the correct needs. Then you can have some one cut and weld the lines to make what you have. It will cost you two lines and someone to cut and weld but at least it will work.

Do you think it would save me a lot more money than having someone fabricate it? I mean I do not even have an idea what something like that to fabricate would cost.

Looking at your pictures (way above).

The short one on the right.

Is it in the "relaxed accordion" state/ position.

Will it "stretch out" to be as long as the one on the left.

Thought maybe the correlations were stacked tight as with a bendable drinking straw.

Yeah, I tried bending it but could not really extended it any further because I did not want to break it. I tried every position with the one that did not fit.
