EEC continues to short out

My EEC keeps shorting out, it burns up the three capacitors on the board. Everything but the short block has been changed, no luck.

Good morning.

You have either a wiring harness issue or a shorted solenoid causing the module to fail. You will need to check all of them from the connector to see if you have a short to ground or power.

I attached a connector view of the engine contol module with all the pin indentified. You need to check them all.
