My car listed above (W220). Can I replace the defected ECU of my car A1371530179 with a newer version ECU no A1371530879? Thanks

Where did you get those numbers for the ECM? I do not see those numbers listed from Benz.

Got them from the stickers on the ECU it self, see pictures.

First picture is from my car and the rest is from eBay.

I just checked as this is not a USA VIN number.

The ECM you chose has the same numbers as the one you removed, so it should work once it is programmed to your car.
