Vehicle keeps blowing the ECU fuse and I’m not sure where to look, I’ve looked all under the hood and can’t find the short. Vehicle will run while stationary and even move just will not go down the road without blowing the fuse.

Hello, which ECM fuse is the computer blowing? And does the fuse blow at certain times, such as when the vehicle is cold or can it sit for a while and warm up and not blow, I'm just asking because at cold start up the vehicle is in open loop fuel control, and when it finally warms up it goes into closed loop fuel control and the ECM starts to use the oxygen sensors as an input versus when in open loop it only looks at the coolant sensor for its fuel strategy.
After the fuse blows do you notice any odd running conditions, or does it stall out and not restart?
And does your vehicle have an Up-Shift light on the Instrument Cluster?

A couple things about when the vehicle is moving, the EGR valve is operated by a vacuum solenoid, and the EGR valve is only used during throttle opening events, another component that is actuated while moving is the Torque Converter lock up solenoid.
You can try unplugging the EGR valve solenoid to start with.
