Hi, what others procedure do I need to do or relearn? Will I still be able to get dtc code on my obd scanner even though I changed the battery because I did it and it says I got none?

According to Toyota those are the two relearns needs to be done after a battery change.
As for the codes, if any issues still exist it will get triggered again and you will be able to read them.

Okay, thanks. I read it should have cleared all existing code and I didn't use a memory saver or anything. I got the obd on Amazon and it says it was compatible but when I looked it up on their website it wasn't.

Curious what type of code reader was it? For just reading the codes, just about any of the OBDII readers will do that task. Unless you want to read live data or other programing function, which will require specific kind.

This is compatible with all the OBDII vehicles (1996 and newer).
So, it should work. I know this one can also do live data as well as airbag and ABS codes.

It is possible that the scanner itself has a bad cable or defective.

So those are historical codes. Are you currently having any specific issues?
Inactive code can be stored in the computer but that will not impact the drivability.

I have attached the reset procedure for the hybrid ECU below. Let me know if you are able to run through those steps.

Hey, my car is not a hybrid? Will the same process still work? FYI my car is in the auto shop to fix my rear bumper damage.

Well, the code showed to be for the Hybrid Camry. And that procedure is for the ECU of the Hybrid system.

So, is the check engine light currently illuminated? If so what are the codes?
