ECM-B fuse keeps burning

Good afternoon,

There are several components that are controlled by the fuse.

I attached a diagram for you to view. Unplug the fuel pump at the pump and see if the fuse still fails. One of those items will be causing the fuse to fail. You need to disconnect one at a time to find the failure.
