One day my car just would not work. I took it to a nearby mechanic and was told that I needed a throttle body, so I went and purchased it and they put it on and then could not do the relearn, tried for a whole day. I then took it to the dealer to have them preform the relearn and it was not able to take due to codes P0507 P1122 P1124 P1126. I also paid them to run a diagnostic on it while they had it and was told that I needed an ECM. Part would cost me $762.00, is there a cheaper route?

You can buy re-manufactured PCM's online, but there is questionable quality and you will still need the dealer to program it.

Can I get it from the junkyard and have the dealership flash it and program it with my key and fobs?

You will have to ask the dealer that. Many of them are only "one time" programming.
