My polo Bujwa is idling, but it doesn't want to rev, and I don't know what's the problem.

Engine idles but it will not rev?

This could be a few things, so we need to start with some basic info first.
Is this a manual transmission or auto?
Is this an electronic throttle control or a cable?
We don't have a manual on this vehicle because it is not offered here in the USA, but it is similar to some that are here. However, these differences are going to be important to clear up.
If this is an electronic throttle then I attached a test below that we need to run through.
Also, if this is an auto transmission this could be a torque converter issue. If you put it in gear does the vehicle move at all?
We also need to check for codes.

Lastly, do the RPMs go up when you are in park?
