Upon me replaceing ethier of these componets should I flush the brake lines before install, An will I need to reset or recalibrate the computer an can I do the resting myself?

The Module will need to be calibrated/bleed. You have to have a scan tool to communicate to the module to do the testing. I would recommend flushing the system prior to uninstalling anything.
