ok
car wont start untell it decides it is good and ready to.
i can turn it over all i want and nothing, then out of the blue it will start like there was no issue, after it starts it runs great, good gas milage, good power,
i have traced the problem to having no spark. when it is running all four wires going to the distributar/coil have power when the key is in the on position the 12v wire has power, when cranking the other three also have power. but no spark? have replaced the distributar/coil
with no change in symtoms, have swoped resisters around and again no change. every now and again when cranking as soon as you let off the key it will throw a spark and try to start, tested fuel pump, pump is working. unhooked map sencer still wont start, cam secner has power going to it, havent tested further because it runs great once started.

The Power Control Module tells coil when to fire with input from optic in distributor. Likely culprit.
