I have a 1998 Eagle Talon 2.0 non turbo. after runing about 30 minutes it starts to bog out, it will idle but bogs out and shuts off when put in 1st?

What you need to do is check the fuel pressure and comeback with the readings so I can evaluate what direction we gonna take.
