1996 Eagle Talon engine miss

I have a 96 talon tsi and the engine misses under load. The wires and plugs have been changed. Do you think its spark or fuel related?It seems to be worse when cold. The timing belt has been changed by the dealership.

If it missfires its spark. Change the coils.
