1995 Eagle Talon Metal on Metal grinding noise when turning

i have recently replaced the cv half shafts of my car and now its making a metal on metal grinding noise from the driver side front tire. not sure if its wheel bearing or ball joint. any opinion is greatly appreciated.

raise the car on the suspected side'
grab the tire at 12:30 wiggle it back and forth.
