I have a 95 Eagle Talon that I recently took in for a belt noise problem. The belt was replaced and was good until the second day after bringing it home. It started to make the same noise it did before. Took it back and the guy said he did not know what it could be. He double checked everything. The more I drive the car, the worst that it's sounding. Now the squeal sounds like it has a drag to it too. It's really loud. What else could be causing the squeal if the belt is new?

Suspect tenisoner has weakened over time and is allowing belt to slip.
