My engine idles high?

Engine problem
1994 Eagle Talon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 100000 miles

Just recently I bought throttle body cleaner and used it, after I used it my engine idles high, as im coming to a stop and push my clutch in my engine idles back up to about 1 and a half rpms and stays that way til after im sitting in one spot for a bit. Is something sticking, is it possible that I got cleaner on the throttle position sensor and messed it up? Any suggestions would be great, thanks.

Recheck the throttle body plate/linkages for binding, idle speed control motor speed and throttle positioning sensor.

It sounds like a piece of dirt has made the IAC valve get stuck, here is how to replace it in the images below and i have included this guide to help you as well.
