Dush light, tail lights and mark lights

I got a 1995 mercy sable all the light system in the car are not working beside the headlights do work.. We check all the fuses in the car and even the main fuses are good too. Was wondering if the dimmer is bad in the car and all the bulbs are good too...

check to see if you are getting power to taillights or fuse on both sides if not then it may be the headlight switch or the multi function switch if it goes through fuse. if you have drl lights then it may be the module so you would need it scanned
