Installed new fuel pump and still no fuel pressure to crank. Fuses and relays are good. Is there a crank relearn I have to perform after changing pump?

Good afternoon.

No, there is not re learn. it is a plug and play.

Did you verify power to the pump prior to replacing it?

No I did not. I guess I will have to drop the tank again and check it.

Before you do that, I attached a diagram for you to view to be sure you are getting power to the pump. at the fuel pump relay, jump terminals 30 and 87 and see if the pump runs. Here are the engine and fuel pump wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know what happens.

I think the root of the problem is water getting inside the connectors on all four doors. After a good rain I have to unplug them all and drain the water. What would you suggest on this problem?

Try sealing the area they go through with some windshield sealer. That will resist water.
