Continuous memory DTC.

Yep, this is common when the shift fork actuator goes out or the clutch needs to be replaced. Here is the location and how to change the actuators out in the images below, please clear the codes when the job is complete. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
