Will not start after driving through deep puddle, codes codes P0520, U1064, P1626

So my roommate drove her car through a deep puddle, came to the stop sign, rounded the corner and pulled into a gas station. When she went to start the car, nothing happened. It's showing codes P0520, U1064, P1626. Apparently it disables the starter. How do I get the electronics to work again?
What's my first step?
