Dropped Screw in Air Vent, how to remove it?

I was putting on a phone stand in my vehicle when one of the little screws dropped in the center air vent. I can’t see it anywhere and can sometimes hear it rattling around. What’s the best course of action for me to remove it?

The only way to remove the dropped screw is to dissemble the HVAC housing. start by draining the coolant and discharging the A/C system. Here is a video that can help with the A/C recharge:
