DRL and parking lights work, no low beam or high beams

Hello, hoping to get some help with this electrical problem. I have no high beams or low beams, but do have DRL. I have checked all fuses and relays that I can find and they are good. I have checked for power at the 50a maxi fuse under the hood labeled lighting and when I turn the headlight switch to on I get 12v. I checked for power at the headlight bulb plug and I have no power. I have replaced the headlight switch. Any suggestions?

There is a headlight relay that needs to be checked. here is a guide and the headlight with DRL wiring diagrams and relay location to help you fix the problem:
