I am trying to replace the factory incandescent daytime driving bulbs with LEDs.however could not remove the existing light socket from the reflector body. Is there a trick, they normally twist one way or the other.

From what I can tell, it just pulls straight out when you remove the cover that twists on.

Unfortunately the manual does not list how to change the inboard lights that are next to the headlights which is what I assume you are trying to replace.

Take a look at the picture below to make sure this is the one you are talking about. If so, we can try and dig a little deeper on the internet to see if there is some other info out there or if there is a different light that you are trying to replace.

Thanks
