Driveside taillight-brake light not working?

Just recently my driver side tail light while braking doesn't respond to brake pedal being pushed; turn signals are fine same speed as the as passenger side. the third high brake lamp works & the right passenger side brake lamp works; just not the driver side I tried replacing the pigtail thinking it was a pigtail issue and I still have the same issue.

You say you did the pigtail but did you do the bulb as well? The first thing I would do is have a helper press on the brake light while you test the wht/tan wire for power, this guide can help you.
