I replaced my transmission with a used transmission with 76000 miles. I drive and shifts fine but it drives forward and shifts like it is in drive when in reverse and neutral.

It sounds like the valve body has stuck selector valve; can I ask if the transmission goes into park? If so, the valve body will be the problem. You can remove the valve body to see if the valves move freely and if not, I would get a rebuilt valve body or see if you can fix the problem with the old one. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

It goes into park on selector and it locks with park pin but engine doesn't seem to Rev like it's in park if press accelerator. Revs more like in drive with brake held.

Yep, me neither, are there any trouble codes? let see if any are stored, here is a guide to help:

If not the problem will be inside the transmission. Please go over this guide and get back to us.

It doesn't have any codes. I feel like there's a valve body issue but not sure.
