Driverside door will no longer close

I took the door panel off to work on my door speaker and upon refitting the panel back on and attempting to close the door I realized it would no longer close. The latch is in the open position but will not catch and lock. Everyone worked fine before I attempted to work on the speakers.

try pulling your door handle like you are going to open it then it still may be the latchis in wrong position
then recheck what you did yo umay have knocked a rod off or something like that reinstalling the door panel.
