Hello. I've read all the posts on the temperature and mode blending door replacement. The only thing I seem to find is replacing the passenger side temperature blend door.

I have the car listed above SE with one knob to control the heat/cold for the vehicle. The passenger side full A/C is cold, while the Driver's side is mild. If I turn it to hot, they match. It seems the driver side never moves to get to its coldest. I replaced the mode control motor and removed the glove box and checked the temperature control actuator in the passenger side. It seemed to work. I manually moved the plastic levers that the passenger motor controls, and I still got the same result as my original issue noted above- leading me to believe that there is an issue with the driver's side only.

In the schematics posted on other forums, it looks like there is both a passenger and driver control motor, but everyone has only talked about the passenger side and replacing it.

I will mention that the driver's side seems to still work as I hear it move when I turn on the vehicle. I also have done the fuse 15 reset.

Is there a Driver's side actuator? Do I have to remove the whole dash to get to the driver's side, or is there any shortcut I can take?

Yes, they do have problems with the blend door actuators, here is the location and instructions on how to change it out in the images below, it looks like it is by the accelerator pedal. I would use an OEM part fyi, they seem to work better. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
