The drivers side rear wheel will not rotate. I figured it had a locked up break caliper and removed that. Unfortunately the wheel will still not rotate. With the rear end off the ground the passengers side will rotate, but drivers side is locked. Emergency break is off. So, whats causing this? Wheel bearing, bad emergency break, or a differential issue?

Try a wheel bearing, but you need to remove all the brake stuff so if it's e barake then you would find out as you tear it down.

Thanks. I think its the e break. The rotor is froze and wont come off. Got any tricks for that? Unlike my trucks these rotors dont have a hole in the front to thread a bolt to push them off.

There are two different axles for this a 198 with a cast iron center and a 226 with an aluminum center. If you get the rotor off and axle turns then it's your parking brake has locked it up for whatever reason. See pics for instruction on 4w disc.

It was indeed the parking brake.
