Drivers side rear wheel will not move

We went to tow my van and when trying to tow it the rear drivers side wheel won't move, the passenger side moves. The van broke down the end off January and was sitting in the snow for about four months. We tried to move it back and forth but wheel wouldn't break loose.

Hi Nesst70,

The rear drum is most likely seized to the brake shoes.

There are many ways to try and remove this but unfortunately that is going to be your best way to fix this.

If you try to rock the car to break it loose then most likely you will break something and do more damage then you would if you just get the drum off.
