Driver's side door, I cannot open the door from the inside?

I have to roll down the window to open it.

Hi,

Chances are either the linkage rod has broken or come disconnected. Actually, the lever on the handle may have failed as well, but the linkage coming disconnected is more likely.

You will need to remove the door panel. To do this, the armrest needs removed as well as the window crank (with manual windows) and the door handle bezel. Once they are off there should be either steel or plastic retaining clips.

I attached the directions for removing the trim panel below.

Once it is off, there will be a linkage rod from the handle to the latch assembly. Check that and let me know what you find.
