drivers seat stuck

i put my seat all the way forward to put something in the back seat and now it wont move at all I cant drive it like that my passenger seat still works but nothing on the drivers side the motor dosent even run for the seat please help me thank you tammy

Check that nothing is jambing the tracks first, get down and have a good look with a torch.

nothing was in the tracks but also noticed blinkers and gas gauge do not work checked all fuses and its not the fuses what do I do now?
