Driver's heated and cooled seat not working?

I am only having the issue on the driver's seat. The passenger seat works fine. Could it be the heating element in the seat being bad causing my issue? I have changed out the module under the passenger seat with no change. When trying to use the heating or cooling feature the light goes on for 10 seconds or so then shuts off. I noticed that the fan under the seat for the cooling starts out fairly fast then slows down to a crawl. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to get a code out of it when you do a CAN scan, here is how:

I would check the heating element by seeing if it goes power and ground, here is a guide to help:

Test the Yel/Blu wire for power and the Blk/Blu wire for ground with the system on. Here is the climate control seat wiring diagram so you can see how the system works. Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find.
