Hello, how much of the door is taken apart? Is the window and window regulator out of the door? The regulator is the frame part that moves the window up and down. Can you post a picture of what you're dealing with, and we can post some service information on the door panel, but these can be difficult sometimes if you were not the one who took it apart and if the window is out as well.

This is an exploded view of the entire door, there are many bolts and screws along with the door lock and cables that go with that, Ill post the diagrams for the overhaul procedure because it shows step by step. As for electrical, there's the window switch and the speaker wires which are going to come through the rubber boot the runs from the door to the body of the vehicle which is visible when the door is open. But this is not an easy assembly.

These are the service information diagrams for taking the door apart, it's labelled "door overhaul", unfortunately diagrams from 2002 are not nearly as helpful as more modern ones are. When searching for other door assembly diagrams it redirects back to these again, hopefully they can help somewhat.
