Driver window wont roll down and now passanger wont either

Ive checked fuses the problem started with driver door hear clicking in fuse box but wont go down. Now passanger aide is doing it. What would make both stop

First start with checking the PW maxi fuse under the hood. I attached a picture and circled the one to check. Also, note that there is a component called a GEM (pic 2). That stands for generic electric module. That could be bad too.

What to do is have someone actuate the windows so you hear the clicking. See if you can feel if there is a relay in the under hood fuse box making the noise. You won't get shocked.
